Loire Valley French Property Search. Our fees
We can assist in your search for property ranging from approximately 33,000 euros (£22,000) up to 1,500,000 euros (£1,000,000) Not only does our service save you money, it saves you hours of valuable time, not to mention stress and hassle. We charge an initial fee of £300. Agency fees are normally included in the purchase price plus there is a notare fee which is a fixed fee based on the purchase price, set out by the French government. This covers absolutely everything. And when you compare it to the cost, time and hassle of handling everything yourself, it's excellent value for money! In fact we often find that the money clients save by using our services far outweighs our fees, so it’s money wisely spent. We do not charge any fee based on any saving we negotiate on your behalf - all savings stay with you. First we need your criteria to find out about your initial requirements. After this, you’re welcome to contact us with new tasks whenever the need arises. We’ll provide you with regular updates by email or phone, so you know exactly what’s happening and when. We are a completely independent company and not tied to any estate agency. We find and report on suitable properties in an unbiased way, working as quickly as possible and reporting back to you as soon as we’ve located a property that we believe meets your brief. You will be allocated a contact telephone number where you can reach us between the hours of 9am and 6pm, seven days a week. And of course you can always email us whenever you need to. We offer a completely tailored service that lets you decide how much or how little you want to be involved in our home search. We also offer complete anonymity if you prefer to purchase discreetly. |
