A separate apartment/guest annexe provides air conditioned accommodation. Each measuring 25sq.Metres, both with separate bathroom, toilet and kitchen facilities, these superbly equipped apartments are suitable for long or short term rental or simply as self-contained rooms for guests.

Underneath the apartments and easily accessible from the house is a utility room, 2.5m(8.25feet) by 10m(32 feet).

Currently this room contains  a DeLonghi top loading washing machine, a Bosch tumble drier and a large Bosch freezer with the rest being used for dry food storage as the temperature in this room is stable all year round. 

Having been fully refurbished and decorated in 2005, the apartments are light and airy, having air conditioning and both have fully equipped kitchens. The balcony is lit ,currently open plan but easily partitioned if needed. There is a gas fired patio heater. On the side approach there is a security light to ease access at night.
