RE: BUYING MY HOUSE THROUGH OSBORNES ESTATE AGENT WAREHAM
In March this year I went to Osborne's Estate Agent in
Wareham Dorset wishing to buy a property as my house was in the process of
being sold. Mr Osborne gave me details of property and off I went to view
them and liked my present home and offered a price and it was accepted.
Then the people buying my property lost the sale of their
buyer and this is where Mr Osbome used his skills and expertise to
negotiate with the owners of this house that they
would wait until I had resold. During this time there were many traumas
for me and always Mr Osborne was so calm and reassuring to myself and I
suspect the owners
as it was not an easy time we did not complete until the 9th
June and many times I was at my wits end thinking I would lose the house. I cannot
thank Mr Osborne for his calmness and keeping me sane also his staff were
in constant communication with me.
