There are pleasant walks in the woods and heath nearby and children can fish or play in the boundary stream. Visitors are also welcome to use the house grounds. Pets are welcome and smokers accepted. Large sitting room 18' x 17'  with open fireplace, oak beam ceiling, electric heating and TV. (Own wood to be provided).

Kitchen, with electric cooker and oil fired AGA which provides hot water and warmth. (Oil included in the rent). There is also an electric immersion heater, washing machine, small deep freeze, refrigerator, phone, microwave. Door to garden.

Bedroom 2. single room, 10'11" x 5'11"

Bedroom 3. twin bedded room, 11'9" x 11'1"

Bathroom with bath with mixer taps and shower. washbasin and wc.

Fully furnished. (Linen not provided). Electric meter.

Guests may use the cottage's own garden and grounds and small wood.  

RENT £850 per calendar month. Deposit of £800 required. Available immediately, subject to references.
